The Shrink Company has a well-established Governance structure.  The Governance arms are parallel and divided into Corporate Governance, and Clinical Governance.

The Shrink Company has established, and maintains a robust Clinical Governance structure in compliance with all our accreditation standards, including the National Standard in Mental Health Services (NSMHS) 2010.

The Shrink Company has a Clinical Governance Committee that meets exclusively every 2 months. Our Clinical Governance Committee oversees the key-systems and processes that ensure high quality services are delivered to people with a mental illness, their families and the community. The Clinical Governance Committee consists of the CEO, COO, Medical Director, Director of Psychology, Director of Nursing and Allied Health and the Practice Manager.  The Clinical Governance Committee oversees:

  2. Risk management
  3. Research and development
  4. Education and training
  5. Staff and patient experience
  6. Outcomes and effectiveness
